Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made at sleekspaces.store and explain how payments are accepted, processed, and protected.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout. Accepted methods are also shown as icons in the site footer.


2. Payment Processing

Payment is charged in full at the time an order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized.


3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on sleekspaces.store are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.


4. Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. SleekSpaces does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.


5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are issued according to our Refund & Return Policy. If there is an issue with a charge, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with a card issuer — this is usually the fastest way to resolve it.


6. Fraud Prevention

Orders may be screened for fraud risk. We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order that appears fraudulent or unauthorized, and to request additional verification before processing it.


7. Changes to This Policy

These Billing Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our payment practices. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
